Our unique Fundraising program is easy to organise, no upfront cost to you, we supply you with the pre-cut art paper and support you through your fundraising project!

How does our Fundraiser work:
You will need to set the price for your selected Fundraising Product and choose the level of profit for your school. We suggest a mark up of 30-50%
See our fundraiser pricelist and suggestions for your mark up.
Start promoting your Fundraiser in your newsletter and by sending information home to the children’s families, requesting the number of orders and your set payment.
-We have a template available for you to use as your Parent Order form, this is a word document which you can change to suit your organisation.
Follow up your selected fundraiser with another letter 2 weeks after you have distributed the first and a reminder in the schools newsletter may also help. This will make a big difference to the response you will receive!
Parents will place their order and payment with the school.
Call us to let us know how much pre-cut art paper you will need for your school.
Now for the fun part, let the young artists do their magic.
To achieve best results, many schools find it effective to combine regular art lessons with our fundraiser.
Organize to select your children’s artwork, bundle them by class and forward the order in bulk to us.
-We have a Spreadsheet Template (Excel) available, which you could use to collate your order.
The finished product will be ready to dispatch by courier within 3-4 weeks after we have received the children’s art work from you or as arranged with us.
Once we have received the finished artwork from you, we will send or email you an invoice for your order.
Payment can be made via cheque or Direct Bank Deposit
We dispatch the goods after payment has been received

For any of our Art Fundraisers, we will provide, free of charge, the required amount of heavy pre-cut paper, for the young artists to paint on.
Any kind of painting, watercolour, crayon, mixed media, stenciling or drawings are suitable.

Please note: Using Pastel Colours or paintings with more than 50% black and glued on objects, such as buttons, sequins, leaves, sand, twigs or similar should be avoided!
