How do organise your Images for your Art Project

  • Scan in high resolution or take a digital image of your students art work
  • Save the image with the child’s class, surname, first name
  • Arrange the images in folders displaying the class and product ordered
  • Write a spreadsheet per class displaying the child’s name, products and how many items have been ordered
  • Email us the file or save it on a disc and post it to us including the spreadsheet
  • We will issue you the invoice. Payment will need to be finalised before we dispatch the goods
  • Your products will be ready for delivery in approx. 2-3 weeks
